Hi Ed. I think this is exactly whats happening, I Think it is opening the EGR valve as it assumes the throttle may be closed. ?? ( as it now seems ok since I blanked off the EGR valve ) Seeing as these Systems are supposed to be so Clever, How come it doesn't log a T.P.S. Signal Implausibility fault. ?? I assume it's logging Air flow sensor as it starts taking all its air from the Exhaust rather than through the AFM. ?? Pity Bosch don't Give Live data for T.P.S. 1 and 2. ?? As I only picked up on that problem with various other scan tools. ?? As even By Scoping it, it is not as Clear as it is on live data, ( seems to exagerate the fault on data )
Also After Waiting a week for the dealers to get me a T.P.S. sensor, They Eventually got one from Italy, and when it arrived, it was completely wrong, it was for a L/H Drive model. ?? So I will now wait another week for the proper one. ( I knew I should have checked on KTS to see if Bosch do one ) I think Lee has already looked at this one in the Past and got so Pxssed off with this vehicle and lots like it, That He Has left and gone for a more sensible job Making and fitting Hydraulic hoses for Plant and industrial equipment. ( can't blame him really )
