We had hdi that would not start after clutch job, the crank sensor was faulty changed that still no joy.Found that a part of the old magnagtic part of the crank sensor landed in the tdc gap of the flywheel removed the old part fired up first time.found this problem using pico scope, wierd signal where the missing tooth should of been.
