I assumed having the correct genuine dealer equipment and subscription to land rover would allow me to be up to the job. Delving a bit deeper it looks like its security accreditation that is required from Landrover before SDD will give access (which I will get sorted ASAP). Carried out many software updates but never a replacement unit. Once I have got over this hurdle I will put up how so anyone else struggling will have some help.
