If its really sluggish then the DPF can be removed or disconnected and road tested. Any major improvement would indicate blockage, Not necessarily DPF as could also be blocked silencer.
If the drive-ability is still fair I would be looking at worn or cracked turbo
Is it possible to remove pressure sensor pre DPF and make an adapter to get a back pressure reading.
