I have to say that we've never seen a diesel car damaged by running on petrol in any concentration. I've seen BMW injectors that wore quite quickly when run on red diesel and I've written off cars that have become totally clogged after using chip fat in its various incarnations.

We always advise a customer that damage may have occurred but no-one's come back yet - and we've been here since 1987!
