I did scope the injectors, I'm not that clued up on diesel injector pattern but they were all about the same & pulling about 20amps. We re-checked compression this time through glow plug holes rather than injector holes and got 360 340 240 220.
I'm thinking that's quite a difference & probably enough to give a problem?
