Management lamp on, engine fault on lcd screen


P0193 does not clear, have 4.9v on 2 wires to fuel press sensor, third wire is earth which is ok

Tested continuity from multiplug under airbox to sensor all ok, tested from other side of plug to ecu all ok 4.9v on both at ecu, autodata gives 4.9v at yellow cable which it is, white and green should be 0.5 ign on and 1v engine running which it isn't its currently 4.9 any ideas?
