get your op-com . Plug in to the car , connect to the engine - get vin number from this ecu (must be diferent than the one on the car). Then contact your pin code supplier(dealer) to obtain pin code for that vin number. Then logout psg16 using that pin . Then program the pump in using the car pin. Car should start.
