Yellow trace is voltage Green trace is Amps Pre main injection phase. Main injection looked almost the same just a little longer duration.
We have done three further road tests since the shorted injectors and it's not missed a beat. No fault codes for anything on the PCM and aprox 60 miles on from the last brake down. I have driven the car in all manor of driving styles and roads and I can't get it to brake down or even think about failing.
The wiring has had a wiggle check again and again. Amps readings are just under 10A peak. I am going to have to let the customer have it back as we have had the car long enough now and just hope the injector short either becomes a permanent fault or doesn't return.
