To start with the voltage is normal, you are running a Piezo Injector setup on that system.
I have not read the rest of the post but will later (just responding to your PM) have you carried out any wiring checks? Bearing in mind the voltages & current it would make sense to load test the wiring (55 watt bulb) plus use a proper insulation tester opposed to a DMM for the cross contamination and short to ground tests.
I understand that intermittent faults can be a pain in the arse, can you scope the current profile and post or email to me?
