Many thanks for that. I am not sure how to check the boost pressure/regulator valve but I can say for certainty that the turbo actuator is working in that when the vehicle starts, you can see the rod move. I assume that should be the case. In any case, I will get it checked out tomorrow.

As an aside, apart from the smoke, this vehicle performs really well without any loss of power.
