I,m sure there is a procedure on ids to bleed system.
If I remember it is half turn of engine and slacken 2 injector pipes and bleed and then another half turn, then the last 2 pipes. You bleed right to the injectors.
Sorry I can't be precise as I don't have ids and I can't remember exact details.
Maybe someone with ids can help?
