Hi Shane, boost maps in this ecu show a max requested pressure of 2200 absolute with about 35% duty cycle any less and it's working hard to reduce pressure, and a limit of 2250, so allowing for overboost anything over 2250 for a period of time will log that fault and reduce power.

Dave said it was Variable vane which I thought too, so if the control side is working, then I would say turbo fault.
