Yes too high that.
Assuming it's vacuum controlled wastegate, try flushing the solenoid with choke and carb cleaner and then a little spray of wd40 inside, it could be just sticking.
If you have bosch ecu number I can see what boost you should be getting tomorrow.
Just check if it's vacuum or pressure controlled first though and are you 100% sure it's wategate and not vairiable vane, I thought these were variable vane?
