hi been looking into a running fault on a mondeo tdci.
there are no fault codes stored.
when first started there is no throttle response for about 10/15 seconds.
whilst testing the injectors (leek off test)i noticed allot of air from spill tubes no idea where its coming from has anyone else seen this?
i have tested frp sensor and its out put is 1.v within a second of cranking.
mass air flow voltage has a good wave form.

i did notice that when first started the electronic turbo takes a few seconds to activate on the first start.
the mechanical part of the turbo has been checked no excess play and the boost control arm is free.
egr valve tested seat was good and not leaking
cleaned and retested egr sticking resealed and tested with vac pump ok

any help would be appreciated
