It was a case of looking at live data and I also scoped various components and tested wires, but could not find a real fault. I all ways kept the customer informed I he was happy for me to fit the parts.
He is annoyed with the company not me and luckily he,s happy to keep the new parts (very understanding) .
The company is battery centre in Swansea .
