This Fiat has arrived as a non runner.
on Cranking it sounds like it is down on at least one compression.
The customer reported the engine revved up of its on accord and stayed running with the key out ontil after several minutes cutting out.

The oil level is quite a bit overfull.
The customer claims he has not added oil since it was serviced, over a year ago.

Is there any way this high oil level could be diesel from regenerations ? The car has only done 16000 miles
