We have come to the same conclusion now as we've run it for a fair while with the DPF removed and oil is leaking out the Primary CAT is a fair amount with loads of blue smoke.

I think your suggestion of the 2nd CAT/DPF removing the oily smoke is spot on.

Just got to price it all up now and see what the customer wants us to do.
