Done some more testing today and found what i think maybe a couple of problems.

Signal output at DPF pressure sensor KOEO is 2.6v, KOER at idle is 2.9v

I decided then to measure exhaust pressure through the pipe that feeds the pressure sensor and have an excess in pressure i believe. (double checked with a gauge as well)

Don't see how much pressrue can be built up if hasn't got at a restriction in the DPF or CAT
