Year of Manufacture *: 2005
Engine Size and Code *: 1.6
( Optional ) ECU Type: Bosch EDC 16
( Optional ) Scanner Used: ACR G4
( Optional) Fault Codes: PO 341, 104, 113, and 422
I would appreciate a pointer on this one. This vehicle was running perfectly ok until the owner decided to have the injector seals changed. The battery was disconnected during this procedure and has failed to start since. The dashboard is showing "Economy Mode".
The faults present are:
PO341 Camshaft Position Sensor
PO104 Mass Air Flow Meter
PO113 Air Temp Sensor
PO422 Catalyst efficiency
The vehicle cranks over and will run on a sniff of Easy Start. Live data is showing fuel rail pressure of 8 bar. I have no idea what this should be. I have tried the re-boot process as thus:
http://www.bba-reman.com/content.aspx?content=peugeot_bsi_reboot_process
The fault codes will not clear down and the vehicle remains in Economy Mode.
I would welcome your thoughts on why it is now a non-starter and the way forward.
