hmm.
pikeys are unlikely to have the Waste Carriers License needed to take one away which would also makes you liable for the fine. Just a warning and the fine is a BIG one.
This is an Area that being clamped down on (well hopefully.
Also worth all you mobile guys (not sure you are mobile paul) to look into as it will soon cover (it may already, as i,m not mobile but already have a carriers license it does not affect me)carrying things like waste oil etc. away from a mobile service.
