This is the common problem on these engines with the plastic inlet manifold swirl flaps and motor, this one needs both at £373.03 + vat the motors are available seperately but will not cure the problem.

My question, has anyone removed the swirl flaps succesfully as done on the BMW's etc or is the only option to replace both manifolds?

My customer is driving to Italy week after next so if no one has removed them I will quote to replace both...
