We changed both manifolds (TPS £461.24 inc VAT each!) intake pipe was ok, there was wear on the plastic linkages must have been causing the problem, I am unsure if AL is able to alter tolerances or not.
Can you remember how long you booked to the job my tech has 5hrs (£40/hr) on the sheet including checking a faulty engine mount? Autodata has no data
