That's a thought Mark, but I don't think so to be honest because the ECU seems to be faulting it on the high side voltage before it switches, ie before there is any current in the circuit. It might only be a slight voltage drift with very little effect on current. A slight impedence difference in the injectors would effect current too, but could still be within spec so that might give a false positive? I would think if the current in one or more of the four circuits was out of spec it would probably give a different fault code.

Of course theory is always good, but I am sure this fooker wil fail to start in the morning and I will have it diagnosed in 5 minutes
