Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 ltr DCi
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Carmon scan
( Optional) Fault Codes: Timing Fault
Nissan Primastar 2007 2.0 Diesel DCi broke rocker arms, removed head & no bent valves, rocker arms broken. Fitted new set of rocker arms. Fitted timing chain as instructed by Nissan. Tried to start and timing light comes on. Car starts with easy start but with lack of power, no smoke, suspect camshaft gear/ keyway, fitted new gear, keyway ok, removed timing chain again & refitted, still the same. Checked injectors, OK
Any ideas?
