Has this got variable valve timing of any sort?
If you can get it going on sniff check to see if you have a flag in live data to tell you if cam/crank sync is ok.
As I see it either the valve timing is still out, the VVT system needs resetting or you inadvertently damaged cam sensor or VVT solenoid wiring (check for appropriate supplies etc.)
Failing that its out with the 'scope and check cam/crank correlation, sorry I don't have any specific data for this car.
