I think it is safe to say that there is an issue with the crank reluctor.

Either the air gap is marginal, or the sender wheel is damaged I would think.

The drop out in signal, looks to be repeated uniformly, but at the same time it isnt "crisp" at the point of drop out.

The sensors signal voltages tally with my example.
