hi have you checked the egr valve to see if its stuck open look in live data if the valve has a position sensor and activate it with mytivac and watch the position sensor move and return if unsure remove and clean i agree with kevin 300bar should be enough to start and there is normally p1000 listed is the immobilizer tail tail going off??
