This towed in today from local bodyshop where it has had minor cosmetic work and then been stood for a couple of months. Suspect it has had a jump start sometime after being stood.
Have crank but no heat plug feed or fuel injection signal or comms. I have triggered up fuel pump and checked heater plug circuit and checked all the other basics that I can think of including live feeds and earths and also looked through the archives.
I have all central locking and door chime and all other systems. I have pulled underbonnet fuse box and ECU to check for the usual grotty wiring etc:
Am getting a bit stuck on this one now and am thinking of launching the lifeboat but hate to give up and be beaten.
Would greatly appreciate any pointers on this.
I was fixing a roof for someone the other day, bit of felt, bit of flashing, bit of cement, sun was shining. No overheads (scuse the pun), no specialist tools, no advanced diagnostics and the person said none of the tradesmen had even bothered to turn up to do the job for her in over a YEAR and that all her friends were always wanting things 'fixed'.
So,shall I jump, or wait until I'm pushed.
