Thanks for all your replies. Last week used the vehicle and took it on some long road tests. Eventually it got worse, it was fine on acceleration but at idle was the problem. Fuel pressure was at 600 bar at idle so decided it was a fault on pump. Local dealer said couldnt buy the scv on the pump and new pump was £1100. Phoned the guys where i get my injectors done at had a valve in stock. Got the valve today fitted it re-adapted and everything is fine. Tried re-adapting the old valve but was no good, my bosch kts re-adapted the valve no bother. Thanks again for your replies.
