Evening All,

I was asked to have a "quick look" at this vehicle whilst attending another at a local garage.

Vehicle drives OK except that it goes into limp mode on occasions and will clear itself once the ignition is switched off then on. Tried to code read it and came up with 0108 and 0704 both unknown. Not sure what engine size this is but garage reckons it is the same as a Fiat Idea and 1300cc. Read it with EOBD protocol and no faults were stored. So would be grateful if anyone can shed a light on what these codes mean.

Sorry this is all vague. Garage bought the vehicle today for resale and was unsure of the engine size. Tried tinterweb and archives with no joy and SP help desk failed to return my call. Would like to point the garage in the general direction to get this thing fixed.
