Hi,From my experience with DTC P1564 - If this code is present and the engine is knocking,renew the FIP timing solenoid.For additional information refer to:TSB 64/2004.Possible Causes: Air in the fuel sestem.Blocked,kinked or crushed fuel lines,outlet fuel,connector pressure control valve seized or blocked.CPS circuit fault.Blocked external filter.FIP supply voltage. These info were in our WDS.
In our case - after the all check's we found some little stones inside the fuel filter housing !!! Also,try to use OEM parts for this system type!
