Peter, I find dealing in KPa confusing and this has me more confused! If 1 bar = 100KPa are you saying that fuel pressure at idle should be between 37 and 43 bar(3700 to 4300 KPa)? This seems low for a common rail system.37000 to 43000 KPa would be more plausible.
