At Last
First of all my sincere gratitude goes to Mark Carter for his help with this one.
After adjusting and re-adjusting the turbo variable vane actuator module in small increments at a time i have got this running perfectly with no flat spots and smooth power delivery throughout the rev. range.The reason for the delay in posting the fix was pressure from other work and finding time to road test without too much traffic restricting proper road testing conditions.
By the way my initial setting was only 1mm away from the final setting so it just shows how critical the setup is.
