Hello Jake. Use of the term "Willow Ware" is definitively not correct. We'll see if we provide you with some accurate identification of this probably mid-19th century Staffordshire England transferware. It looks like you have photographed through glass and might not have ready access, but it would be really useful if you were to look at the reverse of each item in the set and see if there is a makers mark.
