Hi Len, it's always interesting what people consider disposable. I've found a Leeds platter there and several pieces of Homer Laughlin ironstone. I've found a Mulberry Vincennes wash basin and Temple bowl literally on the side of the road with an Oriental rug. Also found a Corean wash basin for $5 at a yard sale. I started collecting Mulberry when I found a large piece of plate rim when planting a garden at my 1834 farmhouse in the 1980s.It turned out to be a match for a Corean plate at a dealer in Fitzwilliam NH. You know what happens when you get the bug. I started going to Brimfield, got three volumes on Flow Blue patterns and pottery marks, all downhill from there.
