This morning while I was reading early I did an experiment. I covered my left eye (surgery eye) and looked at the words with only my right eye. I could see clearly with my regular glasses, bifocal and with my reading glasses. Then I did the surgery left eye. Everything was blurry with my bifocal and with my reading glasses. My reading glasses are 250 the same as my bifocal.

That is what is making me get headaches and making me feel bad. I can't get new glasses now. The optomologist nurse told me to take out the left lens of my glasses. That is what they recommend. I tried that with a pair of reading glasses and it was awful. So I am scheduled for my right eye cataract surgery on June 17th. That was their first opening.

The main reason I go to a optometrist for glasses and exam is he has a an optomap machine that takes a picture of your eye and shows more than when Your eye is dilated. He is the only one in town that has it. I pay $40 for the test but then I don't have to have my eyes dilated that lasts for 6 hours. He shows me the inside of my eye on his computer. He showed me the cataracts.
