I've been in a long grieving process since menopause when it became clear I had life dreams that will never be realized and my dreams were dreams of a younger person and will never happen at this point. Now with my body becoming immobile that has become even clearer.

What are you going to do? Nothing to do other than accept it and hope the end isn't too bad.
