Again, children cannot consent to having their genitals removed. I had a skin graft when I was 6 from a severe burn and when I first saw the way they do a skin graft to make a skin tube penis I almost vomited. I can't describe the pain you feel when they change the bandages off a graft, but suffice it to say, it sucks.
