So by definition, is 16 too soon to have enough "counseling" to get this procedure? If this was someone age 36 when he/she had his dik cut off and by age 40 had said "whoops, made a mistake, now I want my money back" would that be a case for the justice system? Can't say I agree with the idea that you can solve all your problems by getting your dik cut off, but I can't say that you get to change your mind and expect others to pay. Jeebus, the American way of justice. What percent of the world's population must look at this and just shake their head?
