2 is the obvious choice in this. The weight can come off easily with proper subtle shaming and a man who sets a good example. You wouldn't want to breed her, though, because statistically she is very likely to get up to the 250-275 range once she has the baby weight and baby as an excuse. I'd need to observe for a few years after weight loss and see her mother before firmly making the determination on breeding.
