They email me back when they secure the carrier and tell me to please verify that the driver and MC number match the email and the BOL they sent me. I’m paying the broker, not the carrier. I assume my legal arrangemrnt is with the broker and the driver is acting as their agent.  Previous Message
Because that is most certainly not how it works in my experience.
The only relationship existing between my brokers and businesses like yours is permitting the businesses access to the software we provide for locating suitable carriers.
