LOLOLOL. JMHO, but gerrymandering on the ward level would be to jam in someone else in that neighborhood; not necessarily to protect Walter Burnett (Senior).  Previous Message
Seemed like a decent enough guy (though part of the machine), though the ward was gerrymandered fairly ridiculously.
