I grew up in Kane County which was one of the most reliably conservative, red areas anywhere in the entire country. The county almost went 70% for Reagan in 1984. A very long, dependable line of Republicans for my U.S. congressional district.
No longer. My former hometown of Geneva, which was the epicenter of conservative values in Kane County, is (was) awash in BLM and No More Kings bullshit. It's sickening.
