One from Meijer (it's own "house" brand) and more recently, Orgain which I got at Costco for a really good price.

Both are 5mg creatine monohydrate which I think is all you really need. I was taking it twice a day but I recently switched to just once. A routine blood test last year demonstrated that my creatine level was in the "high" range. Which didn't bother my doctor. I just figure that I maybe do not need to take as much as I was.
