Devils advocate here: I believe this girl would have fallen into the DACA bucket.
Meaning that much of her stay here was semi-legal? What I don't understand is why people in those twilight legality buckets didn't (or couldn't) get legal during those time frames. (Assuming DACA, she would have been legal until DACA was ruled against in 2023)  Previous Message
