While I agree with the sentiment. How do you define the line?
Do we now have to re-open every case where deportation orders were created? Should deporation orders become invalid after a certain amount of time? I agree that these cases do nothing but create problems, but how do you handle them? And the first time that you "let this one go" and that person gets a DUI and/or kills a kid at some point in the future... Are you prepared to answer to that kids parents? So much Pandora's box with not upholding the law here.  Previous Message People who might support him on deportations don't want removal of a college student who came here as a child with her parents and stayed out of trouble. It's a different story for recent arrivals or problem residents. Focus. Focus. Focus.
