Do we now have to re-open every case where deportation orders were created? Should deporation orders become invalid after a certain amount of time?

I agree that these cases do nothing but create problems, but how do you handle them? And the first time that you "let this one go" and that person gets a DUI and/or kills a kid at some point in the future... Are you prepared to answer to that kids parents?
