make it so 18-20 year olds could only buy 3.5% beer or similar ABV wine coolers, hard lemonades, ciders, seltzers, etc. I would also make it so the BAC limit for drunk driving if you're under 21 is half of what it is when you're 21, which is fine because Uber now exists.
