I’m about 3 or 4 weeks off because I did something to my elbow the last time I went
still not feeling quite right but haven’t been to the dr so not sure what I did. feels a bit off when I try to completely stretch it out and it’s still tender when I lay on it Previous Message And I started back this week. 1. I lost about 30lbs of “push” on bench. 2. I was working shoulders / back today and feeling strong so I worked in seated, overhead press with a flat bar… Yall are right about shoulder strength and soreness at our age. Wooooof.
