All staff,players,suppliers and other institutions are being paid on time and in full,so no question of insolvency at B.P.
They do of course have plenty of collateral in the way of property etc. They are are a respected family who own other businesses and are held in high esteem.
What we are seeing is a very tight budget which has not made allowances for changing course mid stream. Money is therefore tight and the people employed to deal with such things,ie Solicitors and accountants etc will be scratching their heads over the present difficulties as we speak.
